We pass your 1-Step challenge straight to a funded account. If the prop firm can't activate it, you get your pass fee back in full.
When you get a 100% refund
If the prop firm can't activate your funded account, we refund the full pass fee, no questions asked.
How long activation takes
Activation usually takes under 24 hours and can take up to 48 hours from the moment your payment is confirmed.
How to ask for a refund
If your account isn't activated within 48 hours, contact us on Telegram or by email with your order number. We'll ask for your USDT (TRC20) wallet address for the refund.
How long a refund takes
Refunds are usually sent within 48 hours. If you haven't received yours within 72 hours of asking, message us again.
What we don't refund
We only refund the pass fee you paid us, and only when the account isn't activated. Once your account is activated, the pass fee is not refunded, including when the account later fails or breaches the prop firm's rules. The challenge fee you paid to the prop firm follows the prop firm's own refund rules.
